Please ensure you are aware and have read these prior to any order being placed, it is down to the customer to do this before they purchase.

Paseo Equestrian Limited own and has the copyright and intellectual property rights relating to all content on our website, social media and products this includes images, content and text.

Paseo Equestrian Limited content from our social media pages can not be used without us being tagged.

If we love your photos and posts, we will ask permission for this to be shared on our social media sites and as the customer you have the right to reject and at any time ask us to remove the images. You will also be tagged in the post, on any occasion of the tag has not been added please do not hesitate to remind us to do so.

Paseo Equestrian Limited own the copyright and trademarks to our logo and name , these cannot be used, and legal action can be taken should this occur.

Here at Paseo Equestrian we ensure that all the information provided on our websites and products is correct. We however have the right to change prices, or quantities available without notice to the customer.

Payment:

Payment must be made before an item is shipped out.

If the payment has been put on hold or rejected, we hold the right not to ship the item and you will be contacted.

We hold the right to refuse any payment and sale.

Should an item go out of stock before we have listed it as out of stock, you have the right to be refunded or exchange to another product or wait for the item to return to stock.

Postage and Packaging:

Once items are ordered we aim to get them shipped out within 24 hours via Royal Mail. It will then be delivered under the delivery service selected by the customer.

Paseo Equestrian Limited will not be liable for any delays or lost items once they have been shipped, as this is out of our control.

Should there be any form of delay with postage on our end we will contact you.

In Seasonal times when the post is busy, we do not hold any liability for delays. Please ensure you order within a substantial time and with the correct shipping method to ensure you receive your item on time.

Only one code per order can be used.

In the case of seasonal sale item or promotional items, please read the information with the codes, some items may not be able to be refunded or exchanged.

Tax and Duties Charges:

Paseo Equestrian Limited does not cover the cost of any import taxes or duties upon delivery to your country should there be any.
