Refunds & Returns 

Return, Refund, Exchange Policy

 

Paseo Equestrian pride ourselves on perfect quality of our items and designs. It is something we are most passionate about!  

However, should there be anything you are unhappy with and wish to exchange or return an item we are happy to do so if it falls within the requirements below.

Returns: 

​

  • You must contact us by EMAIL within 7 days of the item being delivered stating you require a return, refund or exchange. We must receive the item back within 2 weeks. Please state your order number and put the subject as RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE to ensure we can address it within the 7 days. 

  • Items must have all tags on, unworn and unwashed. 

  • The Item must not have any marks on, if we suspect that the item has been used, we have the right to refuse a refund and the item will be posted back to you.  

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of us receiving the item.  

  • We do not cover return costs, and unfortunately are not responsible for any delays or lost items when posted back to us. To cover yourself a signed or tracked option to return would be ideal.  

  • Items received after 14 days will not be accepted as a return.  

  • For Hygiene reasons any underwear or under garments can not be returned.  

  • If the item is an exchange, we will ship it back to you free of charge, however we do not cover the cost of return to us for exchanges.

Faulty & Incorrect Items 

​

  • On the rare occasion you receive a faulty or incorrect item please follow the above return instructions, with the subject on the email: FAULTY or INCORRECT. 

  • Please also include a photo and description.  

  • If we believe it is general wear and tear of the item, we unfortunately will not be able to refund or swap the item.
