  • How do I know what size to choose?
    Please take a look at our sizing guide for guidance, to help you choose the best size for you. Our product descriptions also include details about the fit of each item, including the size worn by the model in the photos, to help give you a better idea of how the item will fit on their own body. If you are still unsure on sizing, please email us at info@paseoequestrian.co.uk we will be happy to assist you on further guidance.
  • Do you have a store?
    We are currently online-based, and unfortunately do not have a physical store.
  • How should I wash my product?
    Care and washing instructions are provided on all of our products. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, if these instructions have not been followed. Please make sure that you follow all the instructions for long-lasting wear. Make sure you wash inside out and not with anything rough. Avoid ironing the products as this may damage any silicone prints. Machine wash on low heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach the products.
  • Can I get a refund or exchange?
    Yes you can. Please see our refund policy for more information.
  • Do you cover the cost for returning an item?
    Unfortunately, please note that we do not offer a prepaid returns service. If you wish to exchange an item, we will cover the cost of sending the exchange to you to avoid double delivery charges.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes you can - as long as your items haven't already been dispatched. Please contact us via email {info@paseoequestrian.co.uk} or phone as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order. There is a very small period to do this, so please let us know immediately. We will do everything we can to make sure you get the items you desire.
